Back On The Topic exists to help brands grow while making a real impact in their communities. Founded by Cameron LeBlanc, a Carleton University graduate with a Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies with Honours, we combine strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of what connects people.

Cameron’s entrepreneurial journey started with Hidden Mixtapes and a vintage clothing business, teaching him how to build a brand from scratch, engage audiences, and create experiences people remember. Those lessons form the backbone of how we approach every project — whether it’s social media, branding, or campaign management.
